Graefen Development began general contracting and construction managing commercial, municipal and industrial buildings, as well as transforming farm land and into commercial and industrial property. In more recent years we started a multi-state operation with projects in Illinois, Indiana, Arizona, Ohio, Virginia, New Hampshire, Minnesota, Tennessee, Kentucky, Mississippi, Alabama, Wisconsin, South Dakota, Colorado, Missouri, Texas and Florida.
Graefen Development has completed projects throughout the United States including transportation facilities, warehouses, truck dealerships, banks, grocery stores, retail centers, automotive dealerships, industrial facilities and a regional airport. Our company has also identified building sites for small and various national companies and has managed those sites through the entitlement process to final construction.
